The InFocus Snap 4 boasts dual rear cameras of 13 megapixels and 8 megapixels and the dual front cameras of 8 megapixels each. We will talk more about camera and quality later in this video. But Before that let’s unbox the Snap 4.
Unboxing InFocus Snap 4
Inside the box, we have the InFocus Snap 4 Smartphone. Then there is this user manual and warranty slip. The Snap 4 comes with InEar earphones which are of Ok quality, has an inferior plastic feel but the sound quality coming out was loud and decent when I tested. Then we have a USB Charging cable, quality is good and then a 5V 2Amp charging adapter. Then there is a SIM ejection tool. So that’s all that we get with the Snap 4.
InFocus Snap 4 First Look & Impressions
So the first impression, it looks really nice and feels premium. I must say, InFocus has come out with a really nice design. This device has a metal unibody design that gives it a premium look and feels. On the corner, the diamond cut edges make it look a bit sleeker and slimmer. On the left, you will find the volume rockers, Right side has the Power button and SIM tray port. On the top, there is a 3.5mm Audio jack and on the bottom, it has the Micro USB charging port and speaker grill.
The speakers are pretty loud and the sound is clear. The Snap 4 has the capacitive navigation bar at the bottom of the display and I like the circle Home screen button, improves the device looks overall. the Fingerprint sensor is at the back, it’s quite snappy and unlocks the device in no time.
The Snap 4 does not only looks better but it also comes with some really good hardware specs. This phone comes with a 5.20-inch 720P HD IPS touchscreen display with 2.5D Curved protective glass which protects device display from scratches and minor falls.
InFocus Snap 4 Hardware Specs
The phone is powered by a 64-Bit 1.5 GHz Octa-core MediaTek MT6750N processor and it comes with 4 of RAM. So a really powerful device with Octa cores in the CPU and 4 GB of RAM ensures the phone runs smoothly with multiple applications open simultaneously. The InFocus Turbo 5 Plus also packs in a Mali T860 MP2 Dual graphics processor that we will test out in next Gaming review video of Snap 4. It comes with 64 GB of internal storage which can be expanded to 64 via a microSD card. You can use either two sim Cards or One SIM Card and a MicroSD Card.
The InFocus Snap 4 runs Android 7.0 OS out of the box and is powered by a 3000mah mAh battery., and connectivity options on the InFocus Snap 4 includes, 4G VoLTE, GPS, Wifi, Bluetooth 4.0 and FM Radio.
Snap 4 Camera Quality
We tested the Camera of Snap 4 in different light conditions and distance. The Dual rear cameras can record videos up to 30FPS, However, you can adjust frame rate, but you can choose the quality of Video. Then there is the beauty mode which improves picture quality. You can also shoot Panorama Shots and Time Lapse videos with this Snap 4 device, which is really cool.
Wide angle Dual Front camera allows you to take wider selfies or group portraits with no struggle.
You can choose between wide angle selfie mode, turn on Front flash like in iPhone devices where the display glows up white, good for low light condition. The dual front camera also allows you to add Bokeh effects, allowing you to blur the background while taking selfies or Wefies. The Fingerprint touch sensor allows you to click selfies quickly. Not only that, if you want you may shoot Time-Lapse video using front camera also, and create some funny videos or take amazing shots.
