How to Recover Samsung S7 or S6 Edge from Bootloader Exception Error

I was rooting my newly bought S7 Edge and I don’t know what went wrong but I eventually ended up with a screen that says “Bootloader Exception” and I was not able to boot my new S7 Edge. I tried combinations of keys but was not able to get my s7 edge in “Download Mode” which was really frustrating. I tried Vol Up+Home+Power and it displayed “installing updates” and then a screen with recovery options like “Factory Reset”, “Power off”, Add Updates using ADB etc.

I tried the factory reset but it didn’t work. After multiple tries, I decided to hold the Volume Down+Home+Power to get my S7 Edge 935FD in download mode. Well, it booted, again and again, several times but I didn’t let go of those three buttons and kept holding down Vol Down+Home +Power and after few minutes, my device finally booted into “Download Mode” (ODIN mode).

This was so relaxing and I already downloaded the Stock firmware for my Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge 935FD (Duos). After that, I followed the simple procedure of flashing the Stock Firmware using Odin latest version.

I am sharing this with you folks so that you don’t panic in such situation. It could happen to any Samsung Device like S6, Note, Edge devices. I have read several threads on Reddit where people complained about this issue. So if in case you see this error and your Samsung is hard bricked, follow this simple guide and flash Stock ROM to get your Galaxy S7 or S6 Edge device back.
