Windows 10 – Official Direct Download Links and Reviews
Microsoft unveiled windows 10 instead of windows 9 which was a bit of a surprise to us. However regardless of the name, the Windows 10 preview gave us a glimpse into the future of windows and we at techposts.org will be happy to say that things are going to get back to track for windows. The UI of windows 10 is similar to windows 7 in many aspects and at the same time it does borrows some elements from windows 8.1 too.
After successfully unveiling the windows 10, Microsoft is now providing free downloads of the Windows 10 technical preview ISO via the Microsoft insider program. The downloads are already live now and here’s how you can download and use the ISO files to install the Windows 10 Technical Preview on your PC.
Here’s how you can download the Windows 10 technical preview and install it on your PC.
- Step 1: Head over to https://insider.windows.com/ and sign in with you Microsoft account.
- Step 2: Read the system requirements carefully and only proceed ahead if your computer’s specifications are similar or higher.
- Step 3: You can directly skip to the download page i.e. http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/preview-download?ocid=tp_site_downloadpage and click on the Get the upgrade button to download the WindowsTechnicalPreview.exe file, Run the downloaded file to download the Windows 10 Technical Preview ISO file.
